Congratulations to Manchester City as they win the Premier League title for the 3rd time in 7 years!
They have won, playing a brand of football that got everybody applauding and filling seats during their games.
It didn’t matter how the opponents set up, they always had answers to the questions posed to them.
This team scored from the wings and flanks, they scored by playing direct, they passed the other team out of position several times and they were absolutely brilliant! They elevated the level of the game in the UCL and have won the league deservedly.
Pep Guardiola has done it his way, just as he promised. He has always said he would not change his philosophy and he was true to his word! Congratulations to him for winning by playing football and raising the level and quality of his team for this year.
So what next for the rest of the premiership? Are we going to see any team come closer to them next season?
Can any team catch them? Can the rest of the premiership develop a plan to nullify them next season?
The City team will not remain stagnant, they will improve again and buy in the summer and so will the others……..
